I have two folders for documents, one for the light and/or recent stuff that I keep under a certain limit so I carry it everywhere, and one for the heavy and/or old stuff than I only keep on some storage limited devices.

I manually move them back and forth, creating symlinks when necessary, but it would be great to have a script that automates this for me.
